Hotter Annual Conference 2019

We had been given the task to assist in  producing Hotter Shoes www.hotter.com annual conference 2019, this was at Mercure Haydock Hotel.
Our task over the two days was to deliver a conference / fashion show followed conferencing with breakout workshop rooms in day two.

Our Creation

We set about and undertook the challenge with great excitement! Our dedicated team worked through visual and lighting ideas with early meetings at hotel providing the client with some visuals and CAD drawings of our concept.

Our technicians

Firstly, our team of technicians built a large freestanding set spanning eight meters with a large 16:9 screen for projection in the centre we featured one of our powerful panasonic 10,000 lumen PT-RZ970 DLP projectors the bespoke set  featured branded Hotter graphics and logo. The middle stage area featured a eight meter catwalk for their fashion show.

Lighting design featured chamsys magic Q  lighting desk the main event and hall space was filled with chauvet rogue R2 washes, colour dash batten-quad 12s  and for ceiling areas featured chauvet rogue R1 hybrid beams. Our team also provided a bespoke sound system featuring ix series turbo sound speaker system spread across the main meeting room.

The production

The main event took place in the race park suite by the CEO’s and directors of Hotter during day one we started with keynote speakers with a number of fashion shows featuring the new 2019 range from Hotter presented by various departments. We used power point presentations and mixed vision on a roland vision mixer. Sound was mixed behringer X32 32 channel digital mixer which was required to provide clear speech throughout the area.

“I would highly recommend Marcus and the team if you’re organising an event, they were helpful and efficient from the planning stages to the set up. The quality of the set was superb and the technicians who were supporting us throughout the event were on hand to answer any queries we had, nothing was a problem.”
